Acil servis yoğunluğuna farklı bir bakış: anket çalışması

Abstract

Acil servisler hastalara; 365
gün 24 saat tıbbi hizmet sağlamada çok önemli bir rol üstlenen birimlerdir. Hasta
yoğunluğunun, belirsizliğin ve karmaşıklığın olduğu birimlerdir. Acil servis yoğunluğu
başta acil servisteki şiddet olmak üzere birçok sorunun temelini
oluşturmaktadır. Bu sorunların çözümlenmesi için sorunların ve aksaklıkların
önceden anlaşılması gerekmektedir. Çalışmamız da Kayseri Eğitim ve Araştırma
Hastanesi ile Bursa Şevket Yılmaz Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’ne acil
servislerine başvuran hastalar incelenmiştir. Hastalara yapılan anket sonucunda
acil servislerde hasta kaynaklı olabilecek aksaklıklar irdelenmiştir.
Anketimizden elde ettiğimiz verilerin incelenerek acil servislerdeki yoğunluğu
azaltmaya yönelik  yapılacaklara,  ileri planlamalara katkı sağlanması
amaçlanmıştır.
