FİBROMYALJİ HASTALARINDA NÖTROFİL/LENFOSİT ORANI, PLATELET/LENFOSİT ORANI VE ORTALAMA TROMBOSİT HACMİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

ÖZET

Amaç:
Fibromyalji, nedeni tam olarak bilinmeyen ve kas iskelet sisteminde

yaygın
kas hassasiyeti, ağrı, bazı anatomik noktalarda hassasiyet ile
karakterize

kronik
bir hastalıktır. Çalışmamız fibromyalji hastalarında sistemik

inflamasyonun
bir göstergesi olan Nötrofil-lenfosit oranı(NLR),
Platelet/lenfosit

oranı(PLR)
ve Ortalama trombosit volümünü(MPV) değerlendirmek amacıyla

yapılmıştır.

Yöntem:
Bu çalışmaya Fiziksel Tıp ve Rehabilitasyon polikliğimizde

fibromyalji
tanısı ile takip edilen 25 hasta ve kronik hastalığı olmayan
myalji ile

takip
edilen 25 kontrol hastası alındı.
Her iki grubun dermografik veriler ve

nötrofil,
lenfosit, trombosit, NLR, PLR, MPV yönünden karşılaştırıldı.

Bulgular:

Nötrofil sayısı fibromyalji grubunda kontrol grubuna göre düşük

bulundu(p=0.030).
Lenfosit(p=0.286) ve trombosit(p=0.800) sayısı

NLR(p=0.367),
PLR(p=0.961), MPV(p=0.308) her iki grup arasında

istatistiksel
olarak fark saptanmadı.

Sonuç:
Fibromyalji grubunda nötrofil sayısı kontrol grubuna göre daha
düşük

bulunurken(p=0.03)
; PLR, NLR ve MPV değerlerinde her iki grup arasında

farklılık
saptanmadı.
