Tip 2 Diyabet Mellitus Hastalarında Hepatik Fibrozis Skorları ile Serum Ferritin Düzeyi Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract

Amaç:  Tip 2 Diayabetes mellitus hastalarında
hepatik fibrozis skorlarının serum ferritin düzeyi ile olan ilişkisinin
araştırılması amaçlandı.

Yöntemler: 2017 yılında iç hastalıklıkları polikliniklerinde yeni tip 2 DM
tanısı alan veya tip 2 DM tanısıyla 
takip edilmekte olan 120 tip 2 DM hastası retrospektif olarak taranarak
çalışmaya dahil edildi. Fibrozis skorlama formülleri olarak;  FIB-4, AST- Trombosit oran indeksi (APRI) ,
AST/ALT oranı, GGT/ Platelet oranı, S –index  
kullanıldı. Serum ferritin düzeyleri ile fibrozis skorları arasındaki
ilişkinin belirlenmesinde spearman korelasyon analizi kullanıldı.

Bulgular: Ferritin
ile AST/ALT oranı  (r=-0,250; p=0,006)
arasında anlamlı negatif korelasyon varken, ferritin ile GGT/PLT oranı
(r=0,427; p=0,0001) ve S İndex arasında (r=0,419; p=0,0001) anlamlı pozitif
korelasyon saptandı. FIB-4 ve APRİ ile ferritin arasında  ise korelasyon saptanmadı.







Sonuç:
 Tip 2 DM
hastalarında  serum ferritin düzeyi
hepatik fibrozis skorları ile ilişkili gözükmektedir. Bu konuda daha geniş
kapsamlı prospektif  çalışmalara ihtiyaç
duyulmaktadır
