Skolyoz Cerrahisi Esnasında Ve Sonrasında Karşılaşılan Komplikasyonlar

Abstract

Omurga deformitesi sıklıkla konjenital, nöromuskuler ve idiyopatik tiplerle karşılaşılmaktadır. Skolyoz cerrahisinde diğer cerrahi işlemlerden farklı ve ciddi komplikasyonlar meydana gelebilmektedir. Medikal ve cerrahi komplikasyonların yanında mekanik komplikasyonların gelişmesinden dolayı deformitenin doğru bir şekilde tanımlanması ve uygun cerrahi teknik ile ameliyat yapılmalıdır. Nörolojik yaralanma mortalite ile birlikte en ciddi komplikasyon olarak karşımıza çıkarken, tüm komplikasyonlardan korunmak için her hasta için risk değerlendirilmesi yapılmalıdır. Bu nedenle hastanın mevcut nörolojik rahatsızlığının varlığı, skolyoz tipinin belirlenmesi, ameliyat öncesi hastaların hem cerrahi açıdan hem de medikal açıdan değerlendirilmesi komplikasyon oranlarında önemli oranda azalmaya yol açabilmektedir.
