Author Guidelines

Free Format Submission Guidelines for Authors

1. Introduction

The journal adopts a free format submission policy for the initial manuscript submission. Authors are not required to strictly follow the journal template during the first submission. The purpose of this policy is to simplify the submission process and allow authors to focus on the scientific content of their work.

Manuscripts will be required to comply with the journal formatting guidelines only after acceptance or during the revision stage.

2. General Requirements for Initial Submission

For the initial submission, manuscripts should meet the following basic requirements:

The manuscript must be written in clear and fluent English.

The document should be readable and logically structured.

Figures and tables should be embedded in the manuscript near the relevant text.

References must be complete and consistently formatted, although a specific citation style is not required at this stage.

In accordance with the plagiarism policy, the maximum similarity rate accepted for submitted works is set at 20% (The “References” section should not be included in the plagiarism report).

3. Recommended Manuscript Structure

Although strict formatting is not required, authors are encouraged to organize their manuscripts using the following standard structure:

4. Figures and Tables

Authors may include figures and tables directly within the manuscript for the initial submission.

Recommendations:

·         Figures should be clear and legible.

·         Tables should be properly numbered and titled.

·         Each figure and table should be referenced within the text.

High-resolution versions of figures may be requested after acceptance.

5. References

During the initial submission, authors may use any consistent reference style (APA, IEEE, Harvard, etc.).

However:

·         All references must contain complete bibliographic information.

·         DOIs should be included when available.

After acceptance, authors will be required to format references according to the journal citation style.

6. Ethical Considerations

All submissions must comply with standard publication ethics.

Authors must ensure that:

·         The manuscript is original and has not been published previously.

·         The manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.

·         Proper citation of previous work is provided.

·         The journal may use plagiarism detection software to screen submitted manuscripts.

7. Formatting After Acceptance

If the manuscript is accepted, authors will be required to submit a revised version formatted according to the journal template.

At this stage, authors must ensure that:

·         The manuscript strictly follows the journal layout and formatting rules.

·         Figures, tables, and references comply with the journal style.

8. Advantages of Free Format Submission

·         The free format policy aims to:

·         Simplify the submission process

·         Reduce formatting burden on authors

·         Accelerate editorial evaluation

·         Allow reviewers to focus on scientific quality rather than formatting issues
