Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi,  Müh.-Mim. Fakültesi, Çevre Mühendisliği Bölümü'nden mezun olmuştur. Yüksek lisans ve doktorasını ABD'nde tamamlamıştır. Uzmanlık alanı, hava kirliliği ve kontrolü üzerinedir. Özellike kalıcı organik kirleticiler (KOK'ler) üzerine araştırmalarını devam ettirmektedir. Halen Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi, Mühendislik Fakültesi, Çevre Mühendisliği Bölümü'nde öğretim üyesidir.

Andrzej Kazimierz Borusiewicz – a researcher specialising in agricultural engineering, environmental engineering, the mechanisation of livestock production, and computer-aided management processes in agriculture. For over 25 years, he has been involved in the implementation of modern technologies in agriculture, including precision and smart farming. He is a professor at the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża.
His research focuses on the implementation of innovative technologies in agriculture, including the application of Agriculture 4.0, renewable energy sources, the automation of processes in livestock production, and biogas production on farms. He is the author and co-author of over 140 scientific publications, monographs and academic textbooks. He has published in journals including: *Sustainability*, *Energies*, *Agricultural Engineering*, *Elsevier*, *IEEE XPLORE* and *Image Processing & Communications*. Since 2024, he has been a member of the editorial board of the prestigious journal *Agriculture* (MDPI).

She is a specialist in the field of food drying, the application of non-thermal food processing methods, food storage and safety, and packaging. Her scientific and research interests focus mainly on engineering issues in food technology, especially the physical properties of raw materials and mainly plant products. 

İngiltere'nin Hull şehrindenim ve 8 yıldır Bursa'da yaşıyorum. Leeds Metropolitan Üniversitesi'nde İngiliz Edebiyatı okudum. Şu anda Ülüdağ Üniversitesi'nde İngilizce hazırlık dersleri veriyorum.
