Institutionalization in Family Enterprises: An Application in Safranbolu Accommodation Enterprises
Abstract
Institutionalization is described as dissociating of business relations and family relations and make all business works done by professionals. So, the main purpose of this study is to evaluate the institutionalization levels of accommodation enterprises located in Safranbolu. As conclusion of this study, the results reveal that the level of institutionalization of accommodation enterprises in Safranbolu is not too high despite some efforts to be an institutionalized company.
