The participants of the study consisted of 42 bağlama instrument teachers, 88.1% of whom were male (n=37) and 11.9% of whom were female (n=5). In the study, "open and closed-ended questionnaire form" prepared by the researcher was used as a data collection tool. The data obtained were analyzed according to thematic analysis technique. The research data were analyzed under five themes.
