İsosorbit Dinitrat Zehirlenmesi

Abstract

Methemoglobinemi konjenital veya edinsel olarak görülebilmektedir. Edinsel methemoglobinemi klinikte kullanılan birçok kimyasal ajan ve ilaca maruziyet sonrası bildirilmiştir. Bu ajanlardan birisi olan nitratlar: 18. yüz yılın ikinci yarısından bu yana başta iskemik kalp hastalıkları olmak üzere birçok hastalıkta kullanılan ilaçlar olmasına rağmen yüksek doz alımına ve buna bağlı methemoglobinemiye çok nadir rastlanmaktadır. Biz bu yazıda yaklaşık 40 adet isosorbitdinitrat alımı sonrası hipotansiyon ve edinsel methemoglobinemi gelişen ve destek tedavi ile düzelen bir olguyu son literatür bilgileri ışığında tartıştık.

Isosorbit Dinitrat Poisoning

Abstract

Methemoglobinemia can be seen both congenitally and acquired. Acquired methemoglobinemia has been reported after clinical use of many chemical agents and drugs. The nitrate as one of those agents has been used especially in ischemic cardiac diseases since the second half of the 18th century, but overdose and overdose dependent methemoglobinemia is very rare. In this case we discussed a patient with hypotension and acquired methemoglobinemia after taking 40 pills of isosorbit dinitrate according to the newest literature
