Yetenek Yönetimi Uygulamalarının Örgüt Performansı İle İlişkisinde Kurumsal Girişimciliğin Aracılık Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırma yetenek yönetimi uygulamalarının örgüt performansı ile ilişkisi ve bu ilişki üzerinde kurumsal girişimciliğin aracılık etkisinin araştırılması amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada internet üzerinden uygulanan anket ile şirketlerin insan kaynakları yöneticileri ve orta kademe birim yöneticilerinden toplanan toplam 1090 adet anket verisi kantitatif araştırma yöntemleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. En Küçük Kareler (SEM-PLS) yöntemine dayalı yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak önce ölçüm modeli sonra da yapısal eşitlik modeli ile araştırmanın hipotezleri test edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları; kurumsal girişimciliğin örgütün finansal performansı üzerinde anlamlı pozitif etkisi olduğunu göstermiş ve yetenek yönetimi uygulamalarının kurumsal girişimcilik üzerinde anlamlı olumlu etkisini kanıtlamıştır. Yetenek yönetimi uygulamalarının şirketin finansal performansı üzerinde kurumsal girişimciliğin aracılık rolü üzerinden anlamlı olumlu etkisi ortaya çıkmıştır.

Mediation Effect of Corporate Entrepreneurship on the Relationship of Talent Management Practices and Organizational Performance

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between talent management practices and organizational performance; together with the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship on this relationship. Data were collected from the human resources managers and mid-level function managers of the firms through an online survey. The data gathered from the 1090 responses were analyzed by quantitative analysis methods. Structural equation modelling based on the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method was used to evaluateboth the measurement model and the structural model to test hypotheses of the current study. . The results confirmed the positive effect of corporate entrepreneurship on the financial performance of the organization, and showed that talent management practices are positively related to corporate entrepreneurship. The effect of talent management practices on financial performance is found to be significantly positive via the the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship.
