Keeping Some Referees Out of Article Evaluation Process
Authors may request not to be sent his/her article to the specific referees by the reason of ethically issues and conflict of interest.In addition, the relevant editor does not receive feedback from the referees in the following positions:
People who previously published collaborations with the author/authors.
Those who will financially benefit from the publication of the work
Withdrawal
Authors may withdraw their work, which has not yet been finalized, while in the evaluation process.
Objection to Referee Reports and Decisions of the Editorial Board
Authors always have the right to appeal to reviewer reports and editorial decisions. In these and similar cases, the applicants are expected to submit their requests with a justification. The editor may initiate a new evaluation process if necessary.
