This paper examines the landscape of gifted education in the Philippines, highlighting key challenges and proposing actionable solutions. The absence of clear policies and legislation, coupled with inadequate teacher training and limited resources, hinders the effective identification, support, and programming for gifted learners. Addressing these challenges requires a multi-pronged approach encompassing standardized guidelines, enhanced teacher training in evidence-based practices, and increased resource allocation. The development of culturally sensitive counseling programs and the promotion of research and development are crucial for fostering the well-being and academic success of gifted learners, enabling them to reach their full potential within a supportive and enriching environment.
