Hemşirelik Öğrencilerinin Mesleki Yeterliklerine Yönelik Girişimler ve Kullanılan Ölçüm Araçları: Bir Literatür İncelemesi

Abstract

Bireyin bir alanda kendini yeterli hissetmesi önemlidir. Öğrencinin yeterliliği ise hem kendisini iyi hissetmesi hem de akademik başarısının değerlendirilmesi adına önem taşır. Bu literatür incelemesiyle; daha önce yapılmış olan hemşirelik çalışmalarında kullanılmış, öğrencilerde yeterliliğin artırılmasına yönelik uygulanan öğretim yöntemileri ve yeterliliğin değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan ölçüm araçlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Kapsam derlemesi niteliğinde bir incelemedir. 1 Mart- 1 Mayıs 2019 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Taramalar; EBSCHO ve CINAHL, EMBASE, COCHRANE, MEDLİNE/PUBMED, PsycLNFO/PROQUEST, SCIENCE DİRECT, ULAKBİM, Dergipark, Google Akademik veri tabanlarından yapılmıştır. Taramalarda uluslararası literatürde; “teaching method”, “efficacy”, “effectivness”, “nursing student”, and “student nurse” terimleri, Türkçe literatürde ise; “öğrenme yöntemleri”, “yeterlilik”, “etkinlik”, “hemşirelik öğrencisi” ve "öğrenci hemşire” terimleri kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirmesi için yazarlar tarafından geliştirilen standart bir veri çıkarım formu kullanılmış, PRISMA akış şemasına uygun hareket edilmiştir. Makalelerin metadolojik kalitesi CONSORT 2010 kontrol listesi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Toplam 104.456 yayının var olduğu tespit edilmiş, 131 makale ayrıntılı değerlendirmeye uygun bulunmuş, 111 çalışma farklı sebeplerle dışlanmıştır. Çalışma 10 yayının incelenmesiyle sonlandırılmıştır. Toplam 8 ayrı öğretim yöntemi ve 8 ayrı ölçme aracı kullanıldığı görülmüştür. Öğrenciler için farklı öğretim yöntemlerinin sonuçları farklı değerlendirme araçları kullanılarak değerlendirilebilmektedir. Öğrencilerin hedefe yönelik olarak uygun değerlendirme aracı ile değerlendirilmesi ve sonuçların paylaşılması önemlidir. Öğrenci için en uygun olan aracın kullanılması doğru olacaktır.
