Jejunal Duplication Cyst In Newborn: A Rare Care

Abstract

Duplication cysts are conjenital abnormanilaties that can be place in all gastrointestinal tractus.They are usualy asemptomatic and may usualy established incidentaly during rutin examinations. They may rarely have complications like bleeding, invagination, obstruction, volvulus or malignancy. Duplication cysts is rarely diagnosed in the newborn period. This article presented a newborn admitted for vomiting and detected jejunal localization enteric cyst.

Yenidoğanda Nadir Görülen Jejunal Duplikasyon Kisti

Abstract

Duplikasyon kistleri, tüm gastrointestinal traktusta yerleşebilen, konjenital anomalilerdir. Genellikle asemptomatiktirler ve rutin tetkikler sırasında insidental olarak saptanırlar. Kistik duplikasyonların nadiren kanama,invajinasyon, barsak obstrüksiyonu, volvulus, malignite gibi komplikasyonları görülebilir. Duplikasyon kistleri yenidoğan döneminde nadiren tanı alır. Bu yazıda kusma nedeniyle başvuran ve jejunal yerleşimli enterik kist tespit edilen bir yenidoğan olgu sunulmuştur.
