Evaluation And Management Of Infertile Patients: A Review Article

Abstract

Correct management and evaluation of infertile patients directly effect the prognosis of treatment. Recently; by increasing prevalance of infertility, selection of best treatment choice for the infertile patients to decrease morbidity and cost of treatment modality has emerged as a necessity. By increasing amount of scientific evidence regarding the efficacy of medical and surgical treatment choices, priority of various treatment modalities change also according to the clinical properties of infertile patients individually. We reviewed the current, reliable and best articles regarding infertility issue by taking into account evidence based medicine perspective and prepared patient management algorithms based on different infertility ethiologies.

İnfertil Hastalarda Değerlendirme Ve Yönetim: Bir Derleme Makalesi

Abstract

İnfertil hastaların doğru yönetimi ve değerlendirilmesi hastaların tedavi prognozları açısından büyük önem taşır. Son yıllarda infertilite prevelansındaki artışla beraber tedavi seçeneklerinin arasından tedaviden kaynaklanan morbiditeyi ve tedavi maliyetini azaltmak adına hastalar için en uygun olanının seçilmesi bir gereklilik olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. İnfertilite için yapılan medikal ve cerrahi tedavilerin etkinliği ile ilgili yapılan çalışma sayısı arttıkça hastaların klinik özelliklerine göre tedavi seçeneklerinin öncelik sırası da değişmektedir. İnfertilite alanında bilimsel literatürdeki en yeni, güvenilir ve kanıta dayalı tıp perspektifinde en doğru yayınlardan yararlanarak hasta yönetim algoritmalarını hastalık bazında hazırlayarak derledik.
