Newborn Convulsions

Abstract

Convulsions in the neonatal period are defined as medical emergency. Etiology of the convulsion varies. History, clinical examination, laboratory workout, neuro-physiologic and neuro-radiologic investigations should be performed for the exact diagnosis.
