Anticoagulation During Pregnancy

Abstract

Aim: Anticoagulation medication during pregnancy becomes necessary in cases to reduce plasenta oriented complications, antiphospholipid synrome, venous thromboembolism or pregnant patients with mechanical heart valves.This report aims to review the anticoagulation drugs that can be used during pregnancy.

Abstract

Amaç: Gebelik sırasında antikoagülan ilaç kullanımı, plasenta kaynaklı komplikasyonları azaltmak, antifosfolipid sendromu, venöz tromboemboli veya mekanik kalp kapağı olan gebe hastalar gibi durumlarda zorunlu olmaktadır. Bu yazıda gebelikte kullanılabilen antikoagülan ilaçlar hakkında genel bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
