Abstract
Hyponatremia is the most frequent electrolyte abnormality in pediatric papulation. It can result from various diseases. Knowing the underlying condition is important in the treatment. In this report, we present a case of congenital hydrocephalus who developed hyponatremia after ventriculoperitoneal shunt revision.

Abstract
Hiponatremi çocukluk yaş grubunda en sık görülen elektrolit patolojisidir. Birçok hastalık hiponatremiye neden olabilmektedir. Altta yatan nedenin bilinmesi tedavide önemlidir. Biz bu yazıda ventriküloperitoneal şant revizyonu sonrası hiponatremi gelişen bir konjenital hidrosefali vakasını sunduk.
