Müllerian Duct Anomalies

Year 2015, Volume: 12 Issue: 2, 83 - 88, 01.03.2015

Abstract

Developmental abnormalities of the genital tract are one of the most important issues of genital system. This condition is required physical and psychological support, from childhood and adolescence, throughout the whole life of a woman with this anomaly. Müllerian duct anomalies lead to various problems, such as infertility and menstrual disorders, and also a multidisciplinary approach is required to these patients due to abnormalities such as urinary tract abnormalities which can be found in these patients. Therefore, in the evaluation, follow up and treatment of the patients with Müllerian anomalies, physicians with the patients and their families together will create harmony and cooperation is crucial for the success to be achieved. Knowing the embryological development of the genital system is very important for this anomaly to be correctly diagnosed and treated.

Mülleryan Kanal Anomalileri

Year 2015, Volume: 12 Issue: 2, 83 - 88, 01.03.2015
