SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES IN ADOLESCENTS

Abstract

Sexually transmitted diseases are various infections that are occured by sexual contact. The growing up incidence of sexual abuse and sexual intercourse among adolescents increases the interest on sexually transmitted disease in adolescents. Early diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases in adolescents protect women from possible gynecologic and reproductive hazards.

Abstract

Cinsel yolla bulaşan hastalıklar cinsel temas sonucu meydana gelen çeşitli enfeksiyonlardır. Adolesanlar arasında cinsel ilişkinin ve cinsel istismarın yaygınlaşması adolesanlarda cinsel yolla bulaşan hastalıklar üzerindeki ilgiyi artırmıştır. Cinsel yolla bulaşan hastalıkların adolesan dönemde erken tanısı ve tedavisi ileriki yıllarda kadının jinekolojik ve üreme sağlığı açısından oluşabilecek sorunların engellenmesini sağlar.
