Evaluation Of Non-Reactive Nst At Low Risk Pregnancy

Year 2013, Volume: 10 Issue: 37, 1542 - 1545, 01.01.2013

Abstract

Aim: The aim is to evaluate the perinatal and obstetric results of the pregnant women admitted with the diagnosis of non-reactive NST.Material and methods: 405 women with pregnancies of 36 weeks and over, visiting our antenatal clinic during May 2011 – May 2012, and being admitted to the Delivery Unit with non-reactive NST pre-diagnosis were evaluated in a retrospective study. High risk pregnancies were excluded. The mode of delivery and perinatal results were compared total of 14,650 patients admitted to the Delivery Unit in one year. Results: It was determined that of the 14,650 patients admitted to the Delivery Unit, 405 2.76 % were admitted due presumptive to non-reactive NST pre-diagnosis. While the number of primary caesarean sections was 2,669 19.98 % , the caesarean section ratio was found to be 43.06 % for the 281 deliveries diagnosed with non-reactive NST.Conclusion: Increased ratio of primary caesarean section in patients diagnosed with non-reactive NST has been displayed in our study.

Nonreaktif Nst Ön Tanısının Düşük Riskli Gebeliklerde Değerlendirilmesi

Year 2013, Volume: 10 Issue: 37, 1542 - 1545, 01.01.2013
