Manuscripts sent to our journal for publication are evaluated by national and/or international referees and the decision of acceptance-rejection is made by the Editorial Board. In our journal, a blind review system is applied and the names of the reviewers who evaluate the articles are not reported to the authors. First of all, in order to prevent plagiarism in the studies submitted to our journal, it is sought that the similarity rate should be <20% in the whole and <5% in the unit by evaluating without reference.
NOTE: The evaluation of the articles by the referees without seeing the names of the authors (double-blind refereeing) depends on the preference of the author. Authors who want to use this preference should delete their articles, name, and address lines and upload them to the system.
In line with the recommendations of the referees, it is decided to make a major (must be sent for re-evaluation) or minor (correction required) revision for the manuscripts that are not deemed sufficient. Articles that do not reach the desired level and are not considered scientifically sufficient are rejected.
