Investigation of Rb substitution on the thermoelectric parameters of BSCO Ceramic Materials

Abstract

Bu çalışma, güvenilirlik, sürdürülebilirlik ve temiz enerji gibi günümüzün ana temalarını adres gösterecektir. Bu amaç için,  katı-hal tekniğiyle Bi2Sr2-xRbxCo2Oy (x=0.0, 0.025, 0.050, 0.075, 0.100 ve 0.125) malzemeleri üretilmiştir. Özdirenç grafiğinden, saf ve 0.025Rb örnekleri yarıiletken bir davranış (dρ/dt<0), diğerlerinin ise metalik bir davranış (dρ/dt>0) sergilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Tüm örneklerin, tüm sıcaklık aralığında iletim mekanizmasının deşikler tarafından yönetildiğinin bir kanıtı olan Seebeck katsayılarının pozitif olduğu saptanmıştır.  Maksimum güç faktör değerleri, 650 0C civarında 0.10Rb örneği için 0.19 Mw/K2 olarak bulunmuştur.
