HASTANE ORTAMINDA İYİLEŞTİRME SÜRECİNE KATKI SAĞLAYAN DİSİPLİNLER ARASI BİR TASARIM: KEMALİ HOCA’NIN GÖKYÜZÜ ODASI PROJESİ

Abstract

       Araştırmada,
hasta ve sağlık çalışanlarının görüşlerine göre; hastane ortamında iyileştirme
sürecine katkı sağlayan disiplinler arası bir tasarım: Kemali Hoca’nın Gökyüzü
Odası Projesi; öncelikli hususlar, hedef kitle, hedef kitle açısından dikkat
edilecek hususlar ve görsel öğelerde dikkat edilecek hususlar açısından ele
alınarak değerlendirilmiştir.
Araştırmanın evrenini, 20 Temmuz-12 Ağustos 2016 tarihleri arasında Gazi
Üniversitesi  Araştırma ve Uygulama
Hastanesi Beyin ve Sinir Cerrahi Anabilim Dalı Pediatrik Beyin ve Sinir Cerrahi
Bilim Dalı’nda bulunan hastalar ve bu serviste çalışan sağlık çalışanları
oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise; aynı birimde  Kemali Hoca’nın Gökyüzü Odası olarak
isimlendirilen odada tedavi gören hastalar ve bu serviste   çalışan sağlık çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Bu
araştırma kapsamında, anket formu kullanılmış ve anket formu ile elde edilen
bilgiler, SPSS for Windows 15.0 Paket Programına aktarılmıştır. Elde edilen
verilerin analizi için     betimsel
çözümleme tekniklerinden frekans tekniği kullanılarak sorular yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada;
(1) Bir projeye başlanmadan önce,
öncelikli olarak bir hastanın sahip olduğu hastalık türü, korku ve kaygılarının
belirlenmesi gerektiği; (2) pediatrik
hedef kitle yaş aralığının 0-18 yaş aralığındaki çocuklar ve gençler olması
gerektiği; (3) proje ile bağlantılı tasarımların yapım sürecinde hedef kitle
açısından hastaların uyumunu artıracak, rahatlatan, güven veren öğelerin
kullanılması, korku, kaygı düzeyinin azaltılması, oyun oynama ve etkinlik
yapılmasına fırsat tanınması hususlarına dikkat edilmesi
gerektiği; (4) proje ile bağlantılı tasarımların yapım  sürecinde kullanılan görsel öğelerde bilindik,
sevilen karakterler, nesneler kullanılması ve eğlenceli olunması hususlarına
dikkat edilmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

AN INTERDISCIPLINARY DESIGN WHICH CONTRIBUTE TO HEALING PERIOD IN THE HOSPITAL SETTING: PROF. KEMALI'S SKY ROOM PROJECT

Abstract

In the research, has been
evaluated the interdisciplinary design which contributes to healing period in
the hospital setting: Prof. Kemali's Sky Room Project about priority issues,
target group, considerations for the target group and the visual items
according to the opinions of patients and health professionals (sanitarians). The
survey universe includes patients and health professionals (sanitarians) who
exist in Gazi University Hospital, Main-Science      Department of Brain and Nerve Surgery,
Science Department of Paediatric Brain and Neurosurgery between 20th
June and 12th August 2016. So the survey sample includes patients
and health professionals who exist actively in the    patient room which named as a Prof. Kemali's
Sky Room
in the same department. In this survey, has been used questionnaire forms
and information that obtained through the questionnaires was transferred to
SSPS for Windows 15.0 Package Programme.
In the direction of research;
has been used frequency techniques which is a one of descriptive analysis
techniques for analyse the datum that obtained through the questionnaires.
Frequency technique that was used for definitive statistic analyse has been
applied for 4 matters of the research that was tabled separately. The results
have been obtained in the study: (1) Before starting a project, primarily ought
to be determine the type of disease a patient has, fear and concerns. (2)  Age range of paediatric target group ought to
be between 0-18 years old children and adolescents. (3) Design making period in
association with a project for target group ought to be careful about using of
alleviative, trustworthy items, improve patients' adaptation, reduce to fear
and anxiety level and give an opportunity for play and making activity. (4)
Design making period in association with a project for
used visual items ought to be careful about
using of known, loved characters and objects and being funny.
