About

The Journal of Information Systems and Management Research (JISMAR) offers an interdisciplinary scientific publication environment to present their studies to academics, professionals, and other people interested in studying in different fields of knowledge, informatics, computers, technology, and management activities.

Adopting the open-source publication policy, JISMAR is published twice a year (June and December). The journal accepts articles only through the Dergipark online system provided by TUBITAK-Ulakbim. Articles sent by e-mail are not accepted. Authors who submit their publications through the online system can follow the publication process through the same system.

The journal uses a double-blind peer-review process. At all stages of the review process of the submitted articles, the authors do not know the names of the referees and the referees do not know the names of the authors. Therefore, information such as title, names of authors, and personal acknowledgments should not be included in the articles submitted to the journal. An article submitted in accordance with the rules is first reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and then assigned to at least three independent referees by the relevant field editor.

All or any part of the materials submitted to the JISMAR journal should include original research that has not been previously published, accepted for publication, submitted another journal, conference, etc. for review.

Articles are accepted in Turkish or English. If the article to be sent is in Turkish, Title, abstract and keywords must be in English.

The journal's article evaluation process is for a maximum of 6 months for each article, depending on the referee's evaluations.
