Abstract

In this study, morphological and anatomical properties of Crocus biflorus Miller subsp. tauri (Maw)

Mathew were investigated. The specimen was collected from Erzurum provincial, Narman district, North East

Anatolia, within A8 of the grid system. The cross-sections of root, stem and leaf parts of the plant were examined

and demonstrated by photographs. Most of the anatomical properties were similar to the other member of Iridaceae

family.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Crocus biflorus Miller subsp. tauri (Maw) Mathew ‘nin morfolojik ve anatomik özellikleri araştırıldı. Bitki örnekleri kareleme sistemine göre A8’de yer alan Erzurum ili, Narman ilçesinden toplandı. Kök, gövde ve yaprak kısımlarının enine kesitleri incelenerek fotograflandırıldı. Anatomik çalışmalarda diğer Iridaceae üyelerine benzerliklerin olduğu gözlendi
