JIST is an international peer-reviewed journal and is published electronically four times a year (March, June, September and December). All articles are published in full text at Dergipark https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/jist.
Due to the full allocation of our 2026 issues, manuscripts submitted on or after January 1 will, upon completion of the review process, be considered for the 2027 issues.
JIST publishes original research articles, reviews, and technical notes prepared by scientists related to science in Turkish and English. Our journal is a double-blind peer-reviewed (at least two for each article) and open access international journal. All articles are published electronically only, can be downloaded in full text, and the online version is available free of charge.
