Farklı İki Mikroalg (Scenedesmus dimorphus, Chlorella vulgaris) ve (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) ile Beslenen Moina micrura (Kurz, 1874)’nın Besin Alma Aktivitesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Chlorella vulgaris Beyerinck [Beijerinck] 1890, Scenedesmus dimorphus (Turpin) Kützing 1834 ve Saccharomyces cerevisiae Meyen ex E.C. Hansen Moina micrura (Kurz, 1874)’ya besin olarak verilmiştir. Aç bırakılan Moina micrura’nın beslenme aktivitesi üzerinde farklı alg türleri ve mayanın etkileri çalışılarak fltraston ve besin alma oranı belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın birinci aşamasında sırasıyla Scenedesmus dimorphus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Chlorella vulgaris türlerinden oluşan besin karışımı Moina micrura ’ya besin olarak verilmiş ve Moina micrura’ya ait en yüksek besin alma oranının 1148.71±124.68 hücre/kladoser/dakika ile Chlorella vulgaris’e ait olduğu bulunmuştur. İkinci aşamada 2 alg türünden oluşan karışım Moina micrura ’ya besin olarak verilmiş ve her iki türe ait besin alma oranı arasındaki farkın önemli olduğu saptanmıştır (p< 0.05). Üçüncü aşamada ise, 2. aşamada düşük besin alma oranının belirlendiği Scenedesmus dimorphus ve Saccharomyces cerevisiae’den oluşan karışım Moina micrura’ya besin olarak verilmiş ve besin alma oranları arasındaki farkın önemli olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0.05)

The Feeding Activity of Moina Micrura (Kurz, 1874) (Cladocera) Fed with Two Different Microalgae Species (Chlorella vulgaris, Scenedesmus dimorphus) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Abstract

In the study, Chlorella vulgaris, Scenedesmus dimorphus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (yeast) were used as food for the Moina Micrura (Kurz, 1874). Filtration and ingestion rates of the Moina Micrura were determined to study the effects of different microalgae species and S. cerevisiae on the feeding activity of the starved Moina micrura. At the frst stage of the study, M. micrura fed by the mixture of C. vulgaris, S. dimorphus, S. cerevisiae and the highest ingestion rate 1148.71±124.68 cell/cladocera/min. was obtained to Chlorella vulgaris. At the second stage, fed with mixture of Chlorella vulgaris and Scenedesmus dimorphus and it was found that difference between the ingestion rates of these microalgae were important (p<0.05). At the third stage, M. micrura fed with mixture of S. dimorphus and S. cerevisiae which was obtained lowest ingestion rates at the second stage and it was found that difference between the ingestion rates of them were important (p<0.05)
