SILAR Yöntemi İle Oda Sıcaklığında Üretilen CdO Filmlerinin Yapısal Morfolojik ve Optik Özelliklerine pH Değişimin Etkisi

Abstract
Bu çalışmada oda sıcaklığında cam altlık üzerine SILAR tekniği ile büyütülen CdO ince filmlere pH etkisi araştırıldı. Elde edilen ince filmlerin yapısal, morfolojik ve optik özellikleri sırasıyla X-ışını difraksiyonu (XRD), taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ve UV vis spektrofotometre ölçümleri alınarak incelendi. XRD sonuçları, ince filmlerin pH 11.5 ve daha yüksek değerlerde farklı açı ve düzlemlere yönelim sergilediğini gösterdi. SEM görüntüleri, filmlerin yüzey morfolojisinin pH değeri değişimi ile önemli derecede değiştiğini gösterdi. Yapılan optik soğurma ölçümleri ise pH yükselmesine bağlı olarak band aralığının arttığını gösterdi.

Effect of pH Change on Structural Morphological and Optical Properties of CdO Films Produced at Room Temperature by SILAR Method

Abstract
In this study, pH effect was investigated on CdO thin films which were grown by SILAR technique on glass substrates room temperature. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV vis spectrophotometer measurements were examined for structural, morphological and optical properties of thin films. The XRD results showed that thin films exhibited orientation at different angles and planes at pH 11.5 and higher. SEM images showed significant changes in the surface morphology of the films with the change of pH value. The optical absorption measurements showed that the band gap was increased due to the pH increase.
