UFUK ÇELİK was born in 1976 in Istanbul, Turkey. He received his BS in Environmental Engineering from Selçuk University, Konya, Turkey in 1999. He received his MS in Computer Science from London Metropolitan University, London, England in 2003. He received his PhD in Computer and Information Engineering from Sakarya University, Adapazarı, Turkey in 2015. He received his associate professor title in Management Information Systems in 2020. He worked as an IT consultant for industrial companies. He is currently an associate professor at Bandirma Onyedi Eylül University in Balıkesir, Turkey. His research interests include data mining, medical health informatics, business intelligence. He teaches data mining, data visualization, and algorithms to undergraduate and graduate students.
