DİŞHEKİMLİĞİNDE KULLANILAN METAL ALAŞIMLARINA KARŞI OLUŞAN YUMUŞAK DOKU REAKSİYONLARININ HİSTOPATOLOJİK OLARAK İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Özet

Bu çalışmada deri altına ve damak mukozasına beş farklı metal alaşımı (22 Ayar Au alaşımı, Degudent U, Wironit, Wiron-99, Wirolloy) yerleştirilen sıçanlarda; 2.,16. ve 32. günler sonunda oluşan yumuşak doku reaksiyonları histopatolojik olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak gerek mukoza gerekse deri altı incelemelerde her iki Ni-Cr alaşımında görülen reaksiyonların, Cr-Co ve kıymetli alaşımlarda görülen reaksiyonlardan daha fazla olduğu saptanmıştır. Ancak tüm alaşımlarda görülen reaksiyonların 32. günden sonra hafiflediği görülmüştür.

THE HISTOPATHOLOGIC^ EVALUATION OF SOFT TISSUE REACTIONS TO METAL ALLOYS

Abstract

In this research, 5 different metal alloys (22 carat Au alloy, Degudent 13, Wironit, Wiron-99, Wirolloy) were inserted subcutaneous tissue and mucosa of rats. Soft tissue reactions at the end of second, sixteenth and thirty second days were evaluated histopathologically. When the mucosal and subcutanous reaction of the two Ni-Cr alloys were compared with Cr-Co and gold alloys, the reaction rates were higher in the base metal alloys.

On the other hand, it was observed that after the 32th. day the reaction in all alloy groups decreased.
