Abstract
Özet
Doğal morfolojiye uygunluk, çevre dokularla uyum, kenar bütünlüğü kuron protezlerinden istenen özelliklerdir. Ancak yapım esnasında kullanılan Ölçü maddesi, model, modelaj, revetman ve siman materyalinin İhmal edilebilir boyutsal değişimleri ve uygulanan teknİkden kaynaklanan sebeplerden dolayı istenen özellikleri tam olarak sağlamak mümkün olamamaktadır. Geliştirilen yöntemde, kuron protezi direk olarak ağızda şekillendirilerek; ölçü maddesi ve model materyalinin önlenemez değişimleri ortadan kaldırılmaktadır. Doğal morfolojiye uygunluk, deşteh diş ve çevre dokularla sağlıklı uyum, ajuste kolaylığı, her dişkeki-mi tarafından kolaylıkla uygulanabilir olması yöntemin getirdiği avantajlar arasında yer almaktadır. Yöntem, mevcut bölümlü proteze destek olan veya olmayan dişe metal kuron yapımında, mevcut kuronun yenilenmesinde, Empress kuron yapımında uygulama alanı bulmaktadır. Ayrıca, diğer metal alt yapı içeren kuron protezlerinin yapımında modijiye edilerek uygulanabilecek niteliğe sahiptir.

Abstract
Marginal integrity, compatibilty with the surrounding tissues and the similarity with the original morphology of the teeth are die desirable features of crown prosthesis. The negligible dimensional changes of the impression materials, cast models, modelling, investment and cement materials which are used during the fabrication of the prosthesis and the applied technique may be responsible for the undesirable properties of the final restoration. This new method provides the direct fabrication of die crown prostliesis intrao-rally and the unavoidable dimensional dianges of both the impression and the modelling materials are eliminated. Similarity witli the original teeth morphology, compatibility with the surrounding teeth and tissues, ease of adjustment and easy application by dentist are among the advantages of this method. The method can used for fabricating metal crowns in accordance with the partial removable prosthesis, for the renewal of crowns and also in Empress crownfabrication. On the other hand the method can be modified so mat it can also be used in the fabrication of other metal supporter crown prosthesis.
