Abstract

Özet

Bu çalışmada termoplastik güta-perka tekniklerinden Thermafilin düz ve eğri kanallarda mikrosızıntısı incelenerek lateral kondensasyon tekniği ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, Thermafil tekniğinde lateral kondensasyon tekniğinden daha az mikrosızıntıya rastlanırken, istatiksel değerlendirmede sadece kanin dişlerinde anlamlı bir farklılık görülmüştür.

Abstract

In this study, the sealing ability of termoplasticized guttapercha technique (Thermafil) was investigated and also compared with lateral condensation technique. It's found that Thermafil showed less leakage than lateral condensation technique.

However, only significantly difference was found between canine.
