Otantik liderlik bileşenlerinin belirlenmesinde yeni bir yaklaşım

Abstract

Bir alan yazın tarama ve eleştirel değerlendirme ile yeni bir bakış açısı oluşturması amacı ile gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmanın hedefi, literatürde bulunan ve hâlihazırda genel kabul görmüş ve araştırmalarda kullanılmış olan otantik liderlik bileşenlerinin ayrı ayrı değerlendirildikten sonra, ortak noktalarının, kesişimlerinin ve farklı yaklaşımların belirlenmesi ile aynı potada özümsenerek yeni, daha anlaşılır ve kapsayıcılığı yüksek bir otantik liderlik bileşenleri listesinin literatüre kazandırılmasıdır. Bu sebeple çalışmada, literatürde kabul görmüş, gerek akademik gerekse saha araştırmalarında kullanılmış ve Kernis, Ilies ve diğ. Sparrowe, Gardner ve diğ. ile Walumbwa ve diğ. tarafından geliştirilmiş olan otantik liderlik bileşenlerinin irdelenmesi, değerlendirilmesi ve yorumlanması ile farklı bir kapsam sunan ve anlaşılabilirliği ile kabul edilebilirliğinin daha yüksek olması beklenen bir otantik liderlik bileşenleri listesi hazırlanmıştır.

A new approach to determining the components of authentic leadership

Abstract

The aim of this study, which was carried out with the aim of creating a new perspective with a literature review and critical evaluation, is to determine the common points, intersections and different approaches after evaluating the authentic leadership components separately which are currently generally accepted and used in research. To this end, a new list of authentic leadership components, which are expected to be more understandable and ac-ceptable, has been prepared by evaluation and interpretation of authentic leadership components which are most commonly used in both academic and practical studies and developed by Kernis, Ilies et al., Sparrowe, Gardner et al. and Walumbwa et al.
