Abstract

Adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) is a rare systemic inflammatory disease with unknown etiology. Here, a 30-year-old man who developed miliary tuberculosis during the course of AOSD was presented due to very rare coincidence of these two diseases. The diagnosis of military tuberculosis was documented by bone marrow biopsy and culture. The patient\'s clinical findings improved with anti-tuberculosis treatment and steroids.
