Alt Ekstremite Cerrahisi Geçiren Bireylerin Bireyselleştirilmiş Bakım Algısının Konfor Düzeyi Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Giriş: Bireyselleştirilmiş bakım odaklı konfor, alt ekstremite cerrahisi hastalarında sağlığı iyileştirebilir ve ameliyat sonrası komplikasyonları azaltabilir. Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, bireyselleştirilmiş bakımın alt ekstremite cerrahisi geçiren hastaların konforu üzerindeki etkisini ve bu bakım ile hasta demografisi ve klinik özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Yöntem: Bu kesitsel çalışmaya Ocak ve Temmuz 2021 tarihleri arasında bir üniversite hastanesinin ortopedi ve travmatoloji kliniğinde alt ekstremite cerrahisi geçiren 100 hasta dahil edilmiştir. Veriler "Hasta Tanımlayıcı Bilgi Formu", "Bireyselleştirilmiş Bakım Ölçeği" ve "Genel Konfor Anketi" kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Hastaların 1-5 gün süreyle hastanede yattığı (53.0%), daha önce hastanede yatma deneyimi olduğu (69.0%), manevi (62.0%) ve kişisel ihtiyaçlarını (60.0%) karşılayabildikleri belirlendi. Hastaların sosyodemografik ve klinik özellikleri ile ölçek puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir korelasyon bulunmuştur. Kadın cinsiyet, ev hanımı olma, çekirdek ailede yaşama ve 56 yaşından büyük olmanın hastaların bireyselleştirilmiş bakım algıları üzerinde olumlu bir etkiye sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Ancak bu sosyodemografik faktörler hastaların genel konfor düzeylerini olumsuz etkilemiştir. Planlı hastaneye yatış, daha önce hastaneye yatmamış olma, ameliyat sonrası 6-10 gün hareketsiz kalma, manevi ihtiyaçların karşılanması ve hemşirelik bakımından memnuniyet gibi klinik özelliklerin hastaların bireyselleştirilmiş bakım algılarını ve genel konfor düzeylerini iyileştirdiği bulunmuştur. Bireyselleştirilmiş bakım ve genel konfor alt boyutları pozitif yönde ilişkili bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Ortopedi hemşirelerinin hastaların bakım ihtiyaçlarını değerlendirmesi ve bireyselleştirilmiş bir bakım planı geliştirmesi önerilir.
