Lenf Nodu Metastazını Taklit Eden Schwannoma Olgusu Ve Klinik Deneyimlerimiz

Öz

Schwannomalar ikinci en sık görülen benign periferik sinir kılıfı tümörüdür. Schwann hücrelerinden gelişmesi nedeniyle bu hücrelerin bulunduğu intrakranial, ekstrakranial yada spinal sinir seyirleri boyunca tüm organ veya dokularda görülebilirler. Çoğunlukla baş boyun bölgesinde ve extremitelerde, her iki cinste eşit sıklıkta ve 30-60 yaşları arasında görülür. Bu makalede lenf nodu metaztazını taklit eden sol brakiyal pleksus kaynaklı schwannoma olgusu 2011-2020 yılları arasındaki klinik deneyimlerimiz ile birlikte değerlendirildi.
