Torakal Epidural Anestezi ve Bilinçli Sedasyon Altında Video Yardımlı Torakoskopik Cerrahi

Abstract

Entübe edilmemiş video yardımlı torakoskopik cerrahi, son yıllarda tüm dünyada yaygın popülarite kazanmaktadır. Bu cerrahi uygulamanın temel avantajı, genel anestezi, entübasyon travması, mekanik tek akciğer ventilasyonu ve kas gevşeticilerden kaynaklanan perioperatif yan etkilerden hastayı korumaktır. Bu olgu sunumunda, postoperatif solunum yetmezliği riski yüksek olması nedeniyle entübe edilmemiş video yardımlı torasik cerrahi geçiren iki hastamızı sunmayı amaçladık.
