Lojistik Performans Endeksi Kapsamında Lojistik Girdi Bileşenlerinin Lojistik Çıktı Bileşenlerine olan Etkisi: Yol Analizi ile Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Araştırmada, ülkelerin 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016 ve 2018 yılları kapsamında Lojistik Performans Endeksi (LPI) bileşenlerine ait değerler üzerinden LPI girdiler boyutunun LPI çıktılar boyutuna olan etkisi yol analizi ile tespit edilmiştir. Bulgulara göre, LPI girdiler boyutunun LPI çıktılar boyutunu anlamlı, pozitif yönde ve çok yüksek seviyede etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada LPI girdiler boyutunun LPI çıktılar boyutunu etkilemesine en fazla katkı sağlayan LPI girdiler bileşenin ‘‘altyapı’’ olduğu gözlenmiştir. Buna karşın, LPI girdiler boyutunun LPI çıktılar boyutunu etkilemesine en az katkı sağlayan LPI girdiler bileşenin ‘‘lojistik kalite ve yetkinlik’’ olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla, ‘‘lojistik kalite ve yetkinlik’’ bileşeninin LPI çıktılar bileşenlerini sağlayacak, oluşturacak ve geliştirecek faaliyetler yaparak ülkeler genel anlamda lojistik performanslarını artırabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The Effect of Logistics Input Components on Logistics Output Components in the Scope of Logistics Performance Index: An Application with Path Analysis

Abstract

In the research, the effect of the LPI inputs dimension on the LPI outputs dimension over the values of the Logistics Performance Index (LPI) components of the countries for the years 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018 was determined by path analysis. According to the findings, it was determined that the LPI inputs dimension affected the LPI outputs dimension significantly, positively and at a very high level. In the research, it has been observed that the LPI inputs component that contributes the most to the LPI inputs dimension's effect on the LPI outputs dimension is the "infrastructure". On the other hand, it has been determined that the LPI inputs component that contributes least to the LPI inputs dimension's effect on the LPI outputs dimension is "logistics quality and competence". Therefore, it has been concluded that the "logistics quality and competence" component can increase the logistics performance of countries in general by carrying out activities that will provide, create and develop the LPI output components.
