Bibliometric Analysis of Human Resources Analytics: Web of Science Review

Year 2024, Volume: 9 Issue: 1, 124 - 131, 30.06.2024

Abstract

In this research, the status and development of the Human Resources Analytics field is revealed through bibliometric analysis. For this purpose, 192 studies on the subject published between 1996-2023 in the Web of Science database were compiled and subjected to counting and content analysis. While the most influential countries in the field are China, India and the USA, Turkey has found itself among the top ten. The contributions of Istanbul Technical University in this regard are among the findings of the study. According to content analysis, while the concept of performance continues to maintain its importance for the field, concepts such as analytical hierarchy process and strategy are likely to come to the fore in the future.

İnsan Kaynakları Analitiğinin Bibliyometrik Analizi: Web Of Science İncelemesi

Year 2024, Volume: 9 Issue: 1, 124 - 131, 30.06.2024
