Yeşil Yenilik ve Sürdürülebilirlik Performansı İlişkisinde Algılanan Yeşil Örgütsel Davranışın Aracı Rolü

Year 2025, Volume: 10 Issue: 1, 265 - 282, 30.06.2025

Abstract

The Mediating Role of Perceived Green Organizational Behavior on the Relationship Between Green Innovation and Sustainability Performance

Year 2025, Volume: 10 Issue: 1, 265 - 282, 30.06.2025

Abstract

Sustainability, which guides many policies at national and international levels, becomes even more important when evaluated with its dynamic structure and related concepts. In the modern business world, where the number of green organizations and environmental awareness are rapidly increasing, the sustainability performance of enterprises, green innovation practices and green behaviors of employees are gaining more importance in order to meet the needs and expectations of the business world. In this context, the aim of the study is to explore the relationship between green innovation and sustainability performance and the mediating role of perceived green organizational behavior in this relationship. In order to test the research hypotheses in the study, data were collected from 317 business managers operating in Turkey using the survey method. Analysis studies were conducted on the data set obtained from 317 managers using SPSS 26 and AMOS 24 statistical programs. The study determined that green innovation has a significant effect on sustainability performance and perceived green organizational behavior. In addition, it was found that perceived green organizational behavior has a partial mediating role in the relationship between green innovation and sustainability performance. The results of the study were discussed and suggestions were included.
