Born in Sakarya in 1984, Assoc. Prof. Özgür ÇARK is married and has two children. He works at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, Bolu Vocational School, Department of Management and Organization. He completed his master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Change and his Ph.D. in Business. He has published a book titled Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, numerous national and international book chapters, proceeding papers in national and international congresses and articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals. His scientific studies especially focus on the individual, organizational and social effects of industry 4.0 and society 5.0 paradigms in terms of management, organization, strategy and HRM.
