YEŞİL İŞLETMECİLİK UYGULAMALARININ ÖRNEK OLAYLARLA İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı; işletmelerin yeşil işletmecilik faaliyetlerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden örnek vaka analizi tekniğinden faydalanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye’de yeşil işletmecilik faaliyetlerinde bulunan işletmeler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise Banvit, BİM, Eczacıbaşı, Garanti BBVA, LC Waikiki, Opet, OYAK (Erdemir-İsdemir) ve Zorlu Holding işletmeleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada, örneklem grubunda yer alan işletmelerin web sayfalarından, haberlerden, raporlardan elde edilen ikincil veriler kullanılmıştır.
Yapılan araştırma sonucunda işletmelerin yeşil işletmecilik kapsamında; döngüsel ekonomi, enerji yönetimi, yenilenebilir enerji, atık yönetimi, sıfır atık politikası, su verimliliği, kimyasal kullanımı gibi konularda faaliyetlerde bulundukları belirlenmiştir.
İşletmelerin, çevre ve tüm toplum için oldukça önemli olan yeşil işletmecilik faaliyetlerine devam etmeleri gerekmektedir. Yapılan çalışmanın ilgili literatüre katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
