NFT Technology with the Perspective of Tourism

Abstract

The fact that blockchain technology first became popular with the cryptocurrency Bitcoin shouldactually be seen as the first move of a snowball that is starting to grow. It is an undeniable fact that thistechnology, which primarily affects the financial sector, has taken its toll on many sectors as timeprogresses, while the path of the tourism sector has begun to intersect with this technology. For thisreason, it has become a subject that has been studied extensively by academics, researchers, and varioussectors. In this study, NFT (Non-fungible Token,) technology, which is a blockchain application, isdiscussed and the innovations that it can bring in terms of the tourism sector are discussed.

NFT Teknolojisine Turizm Perspektifi ile Bir Bakış

Abstract

Blok zinciri teknolojisinin ilk olarak kripto para birimi Bitcoin ile popüler hale gelmesi aslında büyümeye başlayan bir kartopunun ilk hareketi olarak görülmesi gerekir. Öncelikle finans sektörüne etki eden bu teknolojinin zaman ilerledikçe birçok sektörü etkisi altına aldığı görülürken turizm sektörünün yolunun da bu teknoloji ile kesişmeye başladığı yadsınamaz bir gerçektir. Bu nedenle hem akademisyenler hem araştırmacılar hem de çeşitli sektörler tarafından üzerinde yoğun bir şekilde çalışılan bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada bir blok zinciri uygulaması olan NFT (Non-fungible Token, Değiştirilemez Jeton) teknolojisi ele alınıp turizm sektörü açısından sunabileceği yenilikler ele alınmıştır.
