YÖNETİM GURULARI VE YÖNETİMDE MODA YAKLAŞIMLAR ÜZERİNE BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract

Akademik alanda yönetim gurusu ve yönetim modaları olguları ilgi görmeye devam etmektedir. Ne var ki, bu alanda yapılan araştırmalar halen dağınık bir durumdadır. Bu nedenle yönetim gurusu ve yönetimde moda fenomenleri için açıklayıcı ve toparlayıcı akademik çalışmaların yapılmasına ihtiyaç bulunmaktadır. Yönetim guruları ve yönetimde moda fenomenlerini kavramlaştırmak üzere şu ana kadar yapılan çalışmalar iki ana grupta toparlanabilir. Bu çalışmada yönetimde moda yaklaşımlar ve yönetim guruları ile ilgili tartışmalar, mantıksal ve kurumsal yaklaşım paradigmaları çerçevesinde kategorik olarak ele alınacaktır. Çalışmanın sonuç ve tartışma bölümünde, doküman analizi sonucunda elde edilen bilgiler birleştirilerek bütüncül bir analiz yapılacaktır.
