LİTERATÜRDE EKONOMİ BİLİMİ VE HIRİSTİYANLIK İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

Dünya ekonomisinin çoğunluğunu elinde tutan ülkelerde, Hıristiyanlığın ana din olması, ekonomi ile din arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesini gerektirmektedir. Çalışmada dinin kaynağıyla ilgilenilmemiştir. İlgilenilen konu, kronolojik ve teorik açıdan özellikle Avrupa Tarihi ve Ekonomi Sosyolojisi bağlamında Hıristiyanlık ve ekonomi ilişkisidir. Özellikle, günümüz dünyasında birçok faktörün parasallaştırılmasında ve hatta daha ileri boyutta eko – politik güç olarak kullanılmasında dinin bulunduğu konumu anlayabilmek için, literatürde ilgili teorik alt yapının incelenmesi gerekmektedir. Kronolojik olarak gözlendiği gibi, Hıristiyanlık, Orta Çağ’daki ilk ve tek rakipsiz hâkimiyet seviyesine bir daha erişmemiştir. Günümüzde, Hıristiyanlık güç kaybına uğramış olsa da, güç kavgasından çekilmiş değildir. Ekonomi ve politikanın güç savaşında Hıristiyanlık da, din pazarlarını kurarak, belirli bir role sahip olmaktadır.
