Havacılık Ortamlarında İletişim Biçimleri

Abstract

Havacılıktaki kaza ve olayların çoğunun nedenini oluşturan insan hatalarının, etkisiz iletişim ve diğer iletişimle ilişkili göstergelerden kaynaklandığı bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle havacılık ortamlarında iletişim sürecinin nasıl gerçekleştiğine değinilmiştir. Ardından havacılık ortamlarında kullanılan mesaj tipleri olarak, sözel iletişim mesajları, sözel olmayan iletişim mesajları, yazılı iletişim mesajları, sözel-görsel iletişim mesajları, teknoloji kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen iletişim mesajları örneklerle incelenmiştir. Havacılık güvenliğinde iletişimin özellikle kritik olduğu kabul edilmektedir. Çünkü bilgiyi toplama ve paylaşma, planlama, liderlik, karar verme, problem çözümü gibi bir ekibi oluşturan üyelerin yaptığı etkinlikler tipik olarak iletişim aracılığıyla olmaktadır. Bu nedenle havacılık güvenliğinde, hava operasyonları ile ilgili kişilere iletişim konusunda eğitim verilmesi gerekliliği üzerinde durulmuştur.
