Selcuk Iletisim is a “peer-reviewed” journal. It is published biannually in January and July. All responsibility of papers belongs to authors. Citations cannot be made without referencing. Selcuk Iletisim is indexed in TÜBİTAK/ULAKBİM TR Dizin Sosyal ve Beşeri Bilimler Veri Tabanı, Sobiad, SciLit, ASOS Index, OpenAire, ERIH PLUS, DFG; Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek, DRJI databases.

Our procedures for peer review

Papers of authors from Selcuk University is reviewed by reviewers from other institutions. Papers from independent authors or authors from different institutions are reviewed by reviewers from both Selcuk University and other institutions.

Reviewers are employed in accordance with the title of authors. Reviewers should be (at least) equal or higher title with the author hierarchically.  The minimum criteria for being a reviewer is to be (at least) assistant professor in any higher education institution.

Our journal focuses on communication sciences including radio, television, cinema, public relations, journalism, advertising, and all studies about media. So, our reviewers are communication scientists.
