Abstract

Bu çalışmada 10, 20, 30, 40 ve 50 oC su sıcaklıklarında, zamana karşı ağırlık artışı kayıtlarıyla, ayçiçeği tanesinin su absorbsiyonu belirlenmiştir. Tanenin nem artışı ile suda kalma zamanı arasında 10, 20 30, 40 ve
