Abstract

Bulgaristan kökenli hibrit Albena, U-41 ve U-70 ayçiçeği çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma, ağır metallerle kirlenmiş ve kirlenmemiş iki farklı bölgede yapılmıştır. Ağır metallerle kirlenmiş bölgelerde ayçiçeği yağındaki kadmiyum birikimi bakımından önemli farklılıklar belirlenmiştir
